These terms apply to everyone who uses joinin.nz (“Join In”). By using the site you agree to them.

Listings and posts

• Only verified clubs, associations, schools and councils can create listings and post activities.
• Organisations are responsible for the accuracy of what they post and must have the right to publish any images.
• We may edit, hide or remove content, or suspend an organisation, that is misleading, unlawful or off-topic.

No automated collection

You must not use bots, scrapers, crawlers or any other automated means to access, copy, collect or index the directory, listings, contact details or events on Join In, or reuse that information in another product or database, without our written permission. Search engines indexing public pages in line with our robots file are permitted. We monitor for automated access, may block it, and may take action to protect organisations listed here.

Contacting organisations

Use the enquiry form and phone reveal only to contact an organisation about its activities. Don't use them for marketing or spam.

Advertising

Advertisements are labelled. We don't endorse advertisers, and organisations listed here don't endorse them either.

Data sources

Suburb and locality data is sourced from the LINZ Data Service and licensed for reuse under CC BY 4.0.
